Beautheil-Saints is a charming traditional Briard village on a plateau overlooking a small valley.

200 meters from the house, and right next to the town hall, a park will welcome your young children while adults and teenagers will choose between table tennis, jogging, skateboarding, bowling green and other sports fields. Two tennis courts are also accessible 2 km from the residence.
You will discover during your hikes, walks or bike rides, the hamlets of the village where old mills, washhouses and restored Briard farmhouses will enchant you.
You will do your shopping at the colorful open-air market of Coulommiers, on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, you will taste our famous cheese from the same city and visit the “Parc des Capucins”, a vast exceptional park where the "Grand Morin" and its tributaries meander.
People of all ages will enjoy watching ducks frolicking in its waters, and taking memorable family photos in front of the romantic ruins of the château of the Duchess of Longueville, Princess of Clèves.

With its two spacious floors, it has a large dining room, a living room and a kitchen equipped with all household appliances, including a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge-freezer, a stovetop, an oven and a microwave. To accommodate five, six, seven, eight or nine people, the house has three large bedrooms and a fourth one with two twin beds.
